How can we help?

For installation, billing, data, or scan questions, email support@intentflowapp.com. Include your *.myshopify.com domain and a description of the problem, but never send an access token or password.

Getting started

1. Install IntentFlow Ads and open it inside Shopify Admin.
2. Open Monitored URLs and add one URL, paste a list, or import a CSV.
3. Click Scan Now on the dashboard.
4. For an affected URL, enter CPC and estimated daily clicks to see a transparent spend-at-risk estimate.
5. Record the action you took and scan again to verify the result.

Why is a result inconclusive?

A timeout, password page, bot protection, rate limit, geographic restriction, or blocked response can prevent the scanner from confirming page health. Try again later and verify the URL manually before changing a campaign.

Does IntentFlow connect to my ad accounts?

No. Meta, TikTok, Google, and Other are organizational labels. IntentFlow Ads does not automatically discover campaigns or access actual ad spend, clicks, conversions, or ROAS.

How are estimates calculated?

Estimated daily spend at risk equals the CPC you enter multiplied by the estimated daily clicks you enter. The app does not guess either input.

Billing

Subscriptions are approved and managed through Shopify. To stop future recurring charges, uninstall the app from Shopify Admin. Contact support if you have a billing question.

Data deletion

Uninstalling initiates deletion of the shop's stored sessions and application data. You can also request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support.
